Seller warrants to the extent the purchase price, that plant materials sold are as described on the container within recognized tolerances. IF THE MATERIALS SOLD ARE NOT AS DESCRIBED THE CUSTOMER SHALL HAVE THE RIGHT TO RECOVER THE PURCHASE PRICE THEREOF FROM SELLER, AND NO OTHER REMEDY. SELLER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF ANY PRODUCT PROFIT, OR ANY OTHER INDIRECT SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. WE GIVE NO OTHER OR FURTHER WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND ALL OTHER OR FURTHER WARRANTIES, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTIES OR MERCHANTABILITY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE EXCLUDED.
RETURN OF MERCHANDISE: For complaints, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt of merchandise. Please do not return any merchandise without first obtaining authorization and shipping instructions from the Seller.
Invoices are due and payable 30 days after invoice date. A carrying charge of 1-1/2% (18% annual percentage rate) will be added to all past due balances.
